APPLICATION PROCESS
Once you have viewed the property and if you wish to proceed, all tenants will need to submit an application form and relevant ID online, via the link above. Please note, all tenants will need to provide copies of the following documentation:

Driving Licence
Passport
Student ID Card
Council Tax Certificate

Your Council Tax certificate can be obtained from the Student Records Office, free of charge, from your place of education. If you are at Loughborough University this can be obtained through the University online portal, where you would receive your exam results:

Drop down to Student Self Service
Log in and go to My Requests
Student Letters

We will then follow up via email to proceed with the application process.

Once all tenants have submitted their applications and relevant ID, a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent will be required to secure the property. For this property the amount is:

HOLDING DEPOSIT - £435.00 (£145.00 per tenant)

This will be deducted from the first month rent if you proceed.
