At Nick Humphreys Estate and Letting Agents we deal with all types of student homes ranging from 1 to 14 bedrooms including penthouses, flats, apartments, detached homes, terraced houses, town houses, as well as self-contained studios. All our accommodation is located within the main student areas of Loughborough and the town centre itself.
We have affordable houses for 7 students and houses available for 4 students including flats all near to Loughborough University. You will find a variety of properties that can be rented either as inclusive or exclusive of bills and all are fully furnished.
We have property available near to Loughborough University upon the Kingfisher Estate which is a stone’s throw across from Epinal Way to the University entrance, the town centre off Ashby Road and the surrounding streets known as the “Golden Triangle” including Leopold Street, Oxford Street, Paget Street as well as Derby Road, Cumberland Road, Fearon Street and Roseberry Street.
We have larger bay fronted villa properties located on Frederick Street, Arthur Street, Burleigh Road, Broad Street and Forest Road which overlook Queens Park and Loughborough Leisure Centre.
We also manage several high-quality properties within a five-minute walk of the Loughborough engineering site upon the campus and several properties at The Box Works which is located towards Loughborough Train Station. All our properties are of great value and consist of having at least one communal room with a good bulk of the properties having ensuite bedrooms for tenants to enjoy the privacy of. We also have a good spread of both female and male friendly properties and there is a good range of all types of property throughout our managed portfolio.
